Resolved, the House of _______ concurring, That the76th General Convention of The Episcopal Church urge that the Presiding Bishop and the President of the House of Deputies appoint an ad hoc team to share resources and collaborate on a vision and concrete actions for the Church to provide the identity and belonging that many youth are currently finding in gangs; and be it further

Resolved, That membership of this team should include, but not be limited to, multiple youth representatives and multiple representatives from Province IX and should report back to the Church no later than the 77th General Convention on methods and programs of pastoral care, prevention, mentoring and intervention.
