Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the76th General Convention of The Episcopal Church urge that the Executive Council appoint a committee to share resources and collaborate on a vision and concrete actions for the Church to provide the identity, safety and sense of belonging that many youth are currently finding in gangs; and be it further

Resolved, That membership of this committee should include, but not be limited to, multiple youth representatives and multiple representatives from Province IX and other non-U.S. jurisdictions of the Episcopal Church, and report to the 77th General Convention on methods and programs of pastoral care, prevention, mentoring and intervention.
