Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the76th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, urge the dioceses of The Episcopal Church to stand in solidarity with and support of those dioceses in the Anglican Communion struggling with the ravages of gang activities, particularly in helping those dioceses provide more youth ministries and education; and be it further

Resolved, That the Convention urge the United States Government and the United Nations to extend international refugee conventions and national immigration norms to provide relief to victims of criminal gangs; and be it further

Resolved, That the Convention support the Presiding Bishop and the Office of Government Relations in their work with the U.S. government and other governments to increase their focus on and commitment to eliminate the scourge of gangs, both local and international.
